As a Sales Associate / Stylist, you’ll be at the heart of the 6 By Gee Beauty experience.

You’ll connect with clients, understand their personal style, make thoughtful recommendations, introduce them to new brands and pieces, and build relationships that extend far beyond a single visit.

And because we’re an entrepreneurial, growing business, we love people who notice what needs to be done and jump in. You’ll care about the details, take ownership of the boutique, and help us make every day better than the last.

Deliver exceptional, highly personalized customer service

Build meaningful, long-term client relationships and develop your own client book

Style clients and make thoughtful fashion, beauty, and lifestyle recommendations

Work toward and celebrate individual and store sales goals

Stay excited and knowledgeable about new arrivals, collections, designers, trends, and product launches

Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Keep the boutique looking beautiful and client-ready

Receive, unpack, steam, organize,



and merchandise new arrivals

Support visual merchandising, inventory, and stock organization

Participate in events, launches, and brand activations

Collaborate with the team to create a positive, energetic, high-performing environment

Jump into social media and content creation when needed

You genuinely love people and love product

Fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and personal style excite you

You’re warm, confident, polished, and a natural communicator

You love building relationships and getting to know your clients

You’re motivated by sales goals and love the feeling of a great sales day

You notice what needs to be done—and do it without waiting to be asked

You have an incredible eye for detail

You can multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

You’re collaborative and team-oriented, but equally comfortable taking ownership independently

You’re dependable, professional, and accountable

You genuinely love helping women look and feel their best

You’re social media savvy and comfortable being part of content creation (a definite plus!)

1–2+ years of retail experience; luxury or premium retail experience preferred

Fashion,



beauty, or lifestyle retail experience is a plus

Experience working toward sales goals and KPIs

Clienteling or experience building a personal client book is a solid asset

Comfortable using POS systems; Shopify experience is an asset

Full-time, approximately 35–40 hours per week

Open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Flexibility based on the needs of the business

Reliable transportation
