This full time temporary position focuses on evaluating participant needs and assisting in personal program planning. You'll engage with participants through skill-building activities, evaluate their progress, and coordinate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support. Your work will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in participant assessments and planning
• Teach daily living, social, and recreational skills
• Administer medication and monitor participant care
• Document activities and progress accurately
• Identify community resources to aid participants

Requirements:
• Certificate in a related human/social service
• One year relevant experience or equivalent training
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License, Class 4 may be required
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Clear Criminal Record Check needed
