Key Responsibilities:
• Source and sell parts and accessories effectively
• Generate accurate quotes and fulfill customer orders
• Assist with warranty and service inquiries post-sale
• Handle sales calls and maintain customer relations
• Perform loading and unloading of parts deliveries
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in a parts position
• Strong product knowledge in agriculture and equipment
• Excellent customer service and detail orientation
• Proficient with computer applications
• Adaptable and able to work extended hours
