Key Responsibilities:
• Book hotels for crew members and airline staff
• Handle last-minute crew relocations efficiently
• Work with Crew Scheduling and related groups
• Communicate proactively to resolve booking issues
• Monitor access to tools and report problems

Requirements:
• 3+ years in the hotel/travel industry preferred
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Able to work adaptable shifts when needed
• High school diploma or GED required
