In this full-time role, you will lead the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs for Dexterra's Transit Operations portfolio. Collaborating with operational teams, you will ensure legislative compliance and foster a positive safety culture. Your work will focus on improving health and safety outcomes across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs
• Conduct compliance audits and workplace inspections
• Facilitate incident investigations and corrective action plans




• Engage with stakeholders in safety committees and meetings
• Prepare monthly safety performance reports for leadership

Requirements:
• University Degree or College Diploma in OHS or related field
• Minimum five years of experience in occupational health and safety
• Robust knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations
• Experience within unionized environments
• Valid driver's license, willing to travel across BC
