Support residents at Indwell as an Overnight Program Support professional. This full-time position focuses on maintaining a clean and secure residential setting overnight.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for completing cleaning schedules, monitoring facility security, and providing assistance to residents from 11 PM to 7 AM. Your commitment to maintaining dignity and respect for residents will enhance their living experience and promote their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough cleaning of program areas
• Respond to resident inquiries with compassion
• Maintain security and safety protocols overnight
• Document activities and concerns promptly
• Uphold regulations for a healthy workplace
Requirements:
• High school diploma minimum
• TB test for working in a Residential Care Facility
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Certification
• Physical ability to perform job tasks
• Experience in a tenant building is an asset
