Creston (Bench) Hutterian School is a K-8 colony school with 16 students that is located about 35 KM NW of Shaunavon, SK. Start Date: As soon as possible End Date: December 22, 2026 Desired Qualifications:



Educational Assistant certification or relevant experience Ability to work with students in one-on-one and classroom setting Experience or ability to work with young children Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, and an ability to work in a team environment A positive and flexible attitude to change Interview will be required Willingness to respect the Hutterian culture Demonstrates a commitment to truth and reconciliation Demonstrates a commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion Duties (may i nclude but ar e not el id it ed to): Assisting with a student's educational program Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced student-centered environment Willingness to meet the health and hygiene needs of children as required May involve some lifts and transfers Other duties as assigned Be n e f i t s : Defined Benefit Pension Plan Employee benefit package Positive work environment Pay range: $20.27 to $27.10 per hour Please note: all successful applicants must agree to a Criminal Record Check including a Vulnerable Sector Search as a condition of employment.
