Become a Case Manager for Housing Stability with JF&CS;, supporting women overcoming violence and instability. Use your expertise to facilitate safe, sustainable living.
This position focuses on delivering client-centered case management and crisis intervention services. You will engage with clients to co-create individualized housing and safety plans, advocating for their needs while collaborating with community resources and agencies for comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate trauma-informed, client-focused case management
• Implement personalized safety and housing plans for clients
• Assist in securing financial aid and housing applications
• Provide essential skills training for long-term stability
• Maintain required documentation and program records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related area
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in crisis intervention and support
• OCSWSSW membership required
• Strong knowledge of housing resources and perks
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in Russian or Hebrew, are advantageous
