We are seeking applicants who are currently living or are willing to relocate to North Bay, Sudbury, Timmins, or other communities in Northeastern Ontario. The Role:





Mitchell Jensen Architects is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist or Technician to assume a central and highly-valued role within our office, supporting projects through all phases of the design and construction process. Primary duties will include: Work collaboratively with a team of colleagues throughout the development of projects from concept to completion Assist with the development of architectural designs Assume a leading role in the development of architectural drawings, details, specifications, etc. Coordinate documents with engineering disciplines and other subconsultants Undertake building code reviews, zoning reviews, and ensure compliance with other authorities having jurisdiction Contribute to the development of scheduling, project documentation, and communications Participate in construction review and contract administration Qualifications include:

Diploma in Architectural Technology from an accredited post-secondary institution Minimum 10 years of experience (post-graduation) Proficiency in Autodesk products, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and type Excellent technical knowledge of building construction, detailing, and building codes What we Offer:
