In this critical role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Team to design and implement training initiatives aimed at enhancing technical skills. You’ll be responsible for coordinating training programs, conducting performance assessments, and ensuring adherence to technical competency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver maintenance training programs tailored to AMEs
• Prepare and present comprehensive Aircraft Type Training sessions
• Offer ongoing coaching and mentoring in daily maintenance operations




• Analyze trends to develop targeted training solutions
• Oversee training logistics and coordinate external training partnerships
Requirements:
• Transport Canada AME M1 and/or M2 License required
• At least five years in maintenance of transport category aircraft
• Leadership experience considered an asset
• Proficient in training design and development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
