Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough needs analyses for supported individuals
• Coordinate service delivery based on personalized goal plans




• Deliver life skills training through group and one-on-one sessions

• Support the scheduling and operation of service programs
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Social Services with relevant experience
• At least two years in developmental services or related fields
• First Aid and CPI certifications mandatory
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
