In this role, you will be responsible for supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health issues, and other challenges. You will play a significant part in organizing activities, providing advocacy, and ensuring a safe environment for all participants. This position involves both indoor and outreach services to meet the needs of the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety and support across service centres
• Plan and supervise social and recreational activities
• Advise participants and mentors in their journey
• Make referrals to community resources and agencies
• Document and report on program outcomes

Requirements:
• Experience with social work or related education
• Passion for working with marginalized populations
• Understanding of community resources in Ottawa
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
• Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check
