Wishing Well Schools is seeking a warm, dedicated, and experienced Toddler Montessori Guide to join our Montessori community.

We are looking for an educator who is passionate about working with toddlers and committed to providing an authentic Montessori environment that nurtures independence, confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Position Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain a beautiful, organized, and engaging Montessori toddler environment.

Present Montessori materials and activities appropriate to each child's developmental stage.

Observe children carefully and support their individual interests, needs, and development.

Foster independence through Practical Life activities and daily classroom routines.

Support children's language, motor, social-emotional, and cognitive development.

Guide children with patience, respect, consistency, and warmth.

Support toileting, meals, dressing, rest periods, and other aspects of toddler care.

Maintain accurate observations and developmental records.

Establish positive and professional relationships with parents and families.

Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's development and classroom experience.

Collaborate with classroom assistants, fellow educators, and administration.

Maintain a clean, peaceful, secure, and well-prepared classroom environment.





Follow all Wishing Well Schools policies, procedures, and applicable licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

MACTE-accredited Infant & Toddler Montessori training/credential is required.

Strong knowledge and understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology.

Experience working with toddlers in a Montessori environment is strongly preferred.

A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.

Warm, patient, nurturing, dependable, and professional approach.

Strong classroom leadership, observation, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional educational team.

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Current Vulnerable Sector Check and all other documentation required for employment.
