About the Opportunity Join a collaborative Learning and Development team within a public sector organization, where youll help create a smooth and welcoming learning experience for employees. This role combines HR administration, training coordination and onboarding support, giving you exposure to a variety of people-focused initiatives.
Youll work closely with the broader HR and Learning teams to keep programs organized, respond to employee needs and support day-to-day learning activities. The team values someone who takes initiative, asks thoughtful questions and can confidently find solutions while maintaining a strong focus on quality.

Your Responsibilities Youll manage the learning inbox, responding to employee questions and coordinating training requests.
Youll support training administration, including registrations, attendance confirmations, calendars, materials and learner communications.
Youll coordinate corporate onboarding sessions, from sending invitations and preparing materials to welcoming new employees.
Youll maintain learning records and complete administrative activities within SuccessFactors Learning.
Youll connect with training vendors and help coordinate logistics for learning sessions and events.
Skills and Qualifications 1+ year of Human Resources experience.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources is highly preferred.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred, particularly exposure to learning or training administration.
Strong administrative, organizational and customer service skills, with experience working in an office environment considered an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and confidence learning new systems and technology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive, resourceful approach and willingness to ask questions, take initiative and collaborate with others.
