Requirements Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years of retail management experience within apparel retail.




Proven success leading a sales-focused retail environment and achieving business targets.
Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team.
Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience.
Ability to analyze sales results and use data to drive decisions.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employees.
Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient with retail systems, POS technology, and basic computer applications.
