As a permanent full time team leader, your role is pivotal in developing a high-performing auto claims department. You will implement modern workflows and establish standards that prioritize customer service while ensuring compliance with BC laws. Your strong communication abilities will foster team-oriented relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and lead a team of auto claims adjusters
• Develop up-to-date claims processes and workflows
• Establish compliance with BC Insurance Act and best practices




• Negotiate with vendors within the repair network
• Integrate technology tools to streamline claims
Requirements:
• At least 8–10 years in auto claims adjusting
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within BC
• CIP or FCIP preferred
• Level 2 or Level 3 Insurance Adjuster License
• Network of BC collision repair and appraisal providers
