We are looking for a dedicated Parts Technician to enhance our repair team. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in parts management, assisting our team through exceptional organizational skills and customer service. You will play a key role in parts inventory management and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and manage parts inventory effectively
• Answer customer parts inquiries in-person and by phone
• Identify parts while processing repair orders
• Maintain organized inventory records using our system
• Issue sales orders and monitor deliveries

Requirements:
• 3+ years in heavy-duty parts or related field
• Valid driver’s license needed
• Strong knowledge of truck parts and components
• Superb customer service and explicit communication skills
• Proficient in computer inventory systems
