Job Description

Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain courteous and professional conduct at all times with guests, staff, and management
Have a complete knowledge and understanding of ARAMARK and Tim Hortons policies and procedures
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and responding to questions in a friendly and professional manner
Accurately take guest orders and process transactions
Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, baked goods, sandwiches, and other menu items according to established standards
Ensure food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, customer areas, equipment, and storage areas
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements regarding food and beverage handling
Assist with stocking, inventory rotation, and replenishment of products and supplies
Support fellow team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as directed
Promote a welcoming and positive environment for all guests
Adhere to all health, safety, and workplace policies and procedures

Qualifications
Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills
Must be flexible and able to work various shifts (early mornings, evenings,
weekends, and holidays)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prepare food and beverages according to Tim Hortons standards
Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience preferred
Food Safe certification preferred
Demonstrates a friendly attitude and strong commitment to guest service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to uniform standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
