Collaborating with key partners, you will ensure compliance and data accuracy while supporting ongoing process improvements to meet workforce needs. Your expertise will enhance the employee experience through scalable benefits operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the administration of employee benefits and life events
• Address inquiries from employees and managers regarding benefits
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity




• Support problem resolution with perks vendors
• Assist with compliance reporting and program updates
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in perks administration or HR operations
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as HiBob or ADP
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional program support is a plus
