Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre is seeking a Physician Assistant for the West Ottawa HART Hub to deliver comprehensive primary care, mental health and substance use treatment under physician supervision. The role focuses on trauma-informed, harm-reduction, patient-centered care within a cooperative team. The PA will work to provide triage, medical assessment, diagnosis and crisis support, with experience in working with vulnerable populations and a commitment to culturally safe #J-18808-Ljbffr
