Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Conduct interdisciplinary nursing assessments for residents • Administer medications and evaluate treatment outcomes • Provide emotional and psychological support to residents • Maintain accurate nursing documentation and records
Requirements: • Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing Program • Registered with the appropriate provincial authority • One year of recent experience, including addictions work • Proven communication skills in English • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly
