This role invites you to take ownership of core accounting functions as a Junior Accountant with DataStealth. You will oversee day-to-day transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure bank account reconciliations are performed diligently. Additionally, your contributions will aid in maintaining data integrity and supporting month-end close processes through accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage financial transactions using QuickBooks software • Perform USD and CAD bank reconciliations regularly • Track corporate expenses and digital subscriptions • Assist with month-end journal entries and accruals • Maintain clean and organized financial records for auditing

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar • Direct experience with QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills • At least 3 years of accounting experience or internship • Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills • Experience in evaluating automation tools for finance tasks
