In this role reporting to the Manager of Ambulatory Surgical Care, you will facilitate patient scheduling and registration for the Orthopaedic Clinic. Interaction with patients, families, and staff is key, ensuring respectful, family-centered care. Familiarity with medical terminology and experience in registration within health care settings are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register patients and greet clients upon arrival
• Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls
• Maintain accurate patient information in CWS/Meditech




• Answer phone calls and communicate necessary information
• Assist in improving clinic efficiency and operations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED needed
• Experience in registration and scheduling required
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite required
• Familiarity with Meditech and CWS necessary
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
