This remote role engages you in personalized consultations via email, chat, and phone. You will leverage your certification knowledge and coaching experience to support prospective students from inquiries to enrollment. Collaborating with Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing teams enhances the student journey and improves services offered.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide students through certification programs and courses
• Build relationships by understanding their goals
• Explain methodologies and career opportunities clearly




• Support enrollment and registration inquiries
• Share insights to enhance the prospective student experience

Requirements:
• Completion of PN Level 1 and 2 certifications
• Proven coaching experience in real-world applications
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Empathetic, consultative approach with clients
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and ticketing platforms
