VON Canada in Ontario is seeking a part time Health Care Technician (HCT) to provide direct, hands-on home care under the guidance of a Directing Registered Nurse. The role supports patients of all ages, including end-of-life and pediatrics, with training to expand practice and scope.
You will document patient data, assist with daily living and medications, engage families, and work with the DRN using smartphone-based monitoring to adjust care plans as needed.
