AgeCare is seeking dedicated Personal Support Workers to ensure the well-being of residents in their communities. You will observe and document care provided, assist recent staff onboarding, and participate in ongoing training sessions. Your responsibility will include adhering to IPAC policies and maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident care and report observations to supervisors
• Document care activities accurately and timely
• Participate in in-service education and workshops




• Assist in training and onboarding new team members
• Follow Infection Prevention and Control procedures

Requirements:
• Graduation from a Personal Support Worker Program
• Knowledge of geriatric care principles and sanitation practices
• Understanding of bedside care administration techniques
• Meet vocational standards set by relevant associations
• Commitment to AgeCare’s values of trust, respect, quality, and teamwork
