This role requires working closely with families and children at risk, providing essential assessments, referrals, and culturally competent support. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement tailored service plans
• Assist families in navigating government services
• Facilitate workshops on holistic wellness
• Maintain accurate client and service records
• Foster relations with community agencies and partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or similar
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Experience in First Nations contexts
• Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
