FYidoctors Dartmouth clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service at the front desk, manage check-ins/outs, and support eye care workflows in a busy Oakwood-style setting. This full time role offers 30–40 hours weekly, with a Monday–Saturday schedule.
You will greet patients, assist with pre-testing, coordinate appointments, handle billing, and provide eyewear support while delivering a positive patient experience and collaborating with the team.
