As a Recruiting Specialist (Driver Hiring), you will manage high-volume recruitment efforts, collaborating closely with Operations and Human Resources. Your attention to detail will help ensure that our drivers meet qualifications and regulatory requirements. You will create a smooth candidate experience and support the growing transportation network.

Key Responsibilities:



• Source qualified commercial drivers through various channels • Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment screenings • Schedule interviews, road tests, and drug tests • Maintain Driver Qualification files for compliance

Requirements: • High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred • Experience in recruitment or transportation recruiting • Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems • Detail-oriented and proactive approach
