Your role is crucial to fostering meaningful connections and promoting valuable resources for Black professionals in health sectors.

Key Responsibilities:



• Enhance the BHPN membership experience continually • Develop strategies for member satisfaction and retention • Identify trends and recommend recent programs for members • Manage relationships with strategic partners • Serve as the point of contact for member support

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in membership or community roles • Excellent organizational and communication abilities • Experience with membership management systems preferred • Based in Toronto with access to a vehicle
