This role operates on the 1st shift, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend work. The Sanitation Lead is responsible for following procedures and SSOPs, cleaning production equipment, and reporting sanitation activities. Your knowledge of chemical testing and CIP/COP systems will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cleaning on idle production equipment
• Record sanitation activities and issues
• Notify supervisor of supply needs
• Test chemical concentrations accurately
• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards

Requirements:
• Industrial food sanitation experience required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Six months in a sanitation environment preferred
• Basic MS Office skills necessary
• Ability to work in a multi-shift workplace
