Reporting to the Production Manager, your primary role as a Technician involves applying various painting techniques to cabinetry while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will manage tasks collaboratively, focusing on efficiency and craftsmanship in every project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply stains and paints using airless or air spraying methods
• Conduct inspections for uniformity and quality standards
• Touch up and repair imperfections on surfaces
• Work safely and in compliance with company protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members
Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience in painting/staining
• Knowledge of colour theory and painting techniques
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to kneel and handle weights up to 30 lbs
• Transparent criminal record verification
