We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager Specialist to support a major SAP S/4HANA / ERP transformation program, with a primary focus on Supply Chain change management.

Must-Have Experience
15–20+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
Robust, hands-on Supply Chain change management experience.
Experience supporting large-scale, complex enterprise transformation programs.
Proven experience engaging VP/Director-level stakeholders and senior leadership.
Ability to quickly integrate into an active transformation program and deliver with minimal onboarding.
Robust experience with change impact, readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and transition management.

Nice to Have
SAP / SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
ERP transformation experience.
Prosci certification or formal change management methodology.
Experience within energy, oil & gas, pipeline, utility, or midstream settings.
