We’re partnering with a healthcare-focused agency seeking a highly detail-oriented Graphic & Production Designer for ongoing project-based work. This opportunity requires hands-on pharmaceutical agency experience and a solid understanding of design, production, and updating regulated creative across print and digital channels.

Candidates must be based in Canada and have pharmaceutical experience.

Hours: Up to full-time hours, depending on project needs
Pay: $45–$55 CAD/hour

What You’ll Do
Update and version pharmaceutical creative across print and digital deliverables
Execute production work while maintaining established design systems and brand standards
Review layouts closely for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and overall quality
Prepare and revise files throughout the creative review and production process
Collaborate with creative, account, and production teams to deliver polished, accurate assets

Qualifications
Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare agency experience is required




Solid production design experience across print and digital creative
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign
Excellent layout, typography, file preparation, and versioning skills
Highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing precise updates
Experience with or a similar pharmaceutical agency is strongly preferred
