Key Responsibilities:
Direct land development planning projects from start to finish
Foster relationships with agencies and key stakeholders
Mentor team members and offer technical guidance
Drive business growth through networking and proposals
Conduct travel for client interaction and project execution
Requirements:
Master’s degree in planning or related field preferred
Full membership in Ontario Qualified Planners Institute (OPPI)
Five years of planning and project management experience
Knowledge of municipal planning policy
Proven ability in report writing and communication
