This pivotal role focuses on driving continuous improvement strategies while fostering a culture of safety and ensuring environmental compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Lead CI strategies and Lean Six Sigma initiatives
Partner with departments to enhance efficiency and safety
Track and report CI metrics, including cost savings
Facilitate CI training workshops for staff
Ensure alignment with ISO 14001 environmental standards

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
5+ years in CI, Safety, and Environmental roles
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Solid knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 compliance
Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills
