Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems and BAS

Complete preventative maintenance and issue reporting
Monitor contractor work for compliance to safety procedures

Requirements:
Must hold an active Red Seal Refrigeration License
At least 3 years of industrial HVAC experience
Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives is beneficial
Prior experience with building automation systems
Robust interpersonal and customer service skills
