Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage major gift donors at $100k+ level
Execute comprehensive engagement and solicitation strategies
Coach senior development officers and lead performance reviews




Identify prospects for integrated fundraising campaigns
Act as an ambassador for the Foundation within the community

Requirements:
8+ years of major gift fundraising experience
Proven ability to negotiate and close substantial donations
Robust leadership skills and experience mentoring teams
Knowledge of local cultural demographics
Strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills
