Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily HR Advisory team operations and ensure effective delivery
Cultivate team performance by aligning priorities and supporting growth
Implement and improve HR tools, policies, and procedures




Handle confidential matters, including escalations and reorganizations
Develop operationally sound Tier 2 HR solutions for compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience
Post-secondary degree or diploma in HR
