Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in bookkeeping, compilation, and review processes
• Maintain government filings and remittances meticulously
• Set up and manage client financial files effectively
• Facilitate month-end and quarter-end closing activities
• Investigate discrepancies within financial accounts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or certificate in business or commerce
• 0 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Familiarity with T4s, T5s, and tax preparation preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles beneficial
• Experience with accounting software tools is an asset
