In this auxiliary position, you will assist children aged 3 to 12 with varied support needs, adapting activities to ensure participation. Solid communication skills and attention to detail are essential to foster a safe environment and effectively follow individual support plans. You will collaborate with a team to ensure the well-being and safety of participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support in recreation programs
• Prepare resources and tools for program activities
• Complete documentation and maintain communication with caregivers
• Monitor facility safety and respond to incidents

Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion with related experience
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification required
• Ability to lead volunteers and junior staff
• Knowledge of recreational programming fundamentals
• Skills in equipment operation and program planning
