Key Responsibilities:
Post accounts payable invoices, reconcile supplier statements and process payments to suppliers.
Reconcile daily receipts and post deposits and adjustments accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly.
Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.
Data entry and other accounting tasks as needed.





Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounting. Automotive experience is an asset.
Strong attention to detail, task-focused, and a passion for accuracy in financial data.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Experienced using accounting software and proficiency in Excel.
Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Employ an analytical approach to critique information and facts.
