Join the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre as a Peer Services Navigator, supporting women in the Downtown Eastside area of Vancouver. Enhance access to essential services and programs for homeless women.

This full-time position is dedicated to guiding women who are homeless or at risk, offering critical access to supports while collaborating with DEWC staff. As a Peer Services Navigator, you will work from a feminist and anti-oppression framework, prioritizing the needs of women in crisis while managing a busy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist women in navigating services and support systems
• Work collaboratively with DEWC staff for integrated care
• Organize records, schedules, and problem-solving activities




• Provide referrals to local community resources
• Implement trauma-informed care methodologies in practice

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of issues surrounding homelessness and violence
• First Aid Certification and NVCI, or willingness to obtain
• Strong organizational skills for agile environments
• Knowledge of Downtown Eastside community resources
