Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver meals for residents and guests
• Review and follow menus and production sheets accurately
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are consistently applied
• Conduct daily temperature audits and maintain records
• Prepare foods for specialized diets according to menu plans

Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate required
• Experience in large quantity food preparation
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food regulations
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long shifts
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
