Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compensation advisory support to stakeholders
• Manage compensation program implementation and governance
• Conduct market analysis to inform compensation strategies




• Develop compensation reporting and analytics tools
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for compensation programs

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of compensation experience
• Deep knowledge of salary administration and job evaluation
• Advanced analytical skills and Excel proficiency
• University degree in a numerically based discipline
• CPP or GRP designation is an asset
