Your experience in customer service and cash management will be crucial in executing the responsibilities effectively while following branch policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate transactional services, including bill payments
• Foster member relationships through proactive engagement
• Maintain adherence to 'Member First' service standards




• Resolve any member inquiries and concerns promptly
• Assist branch operations with various duties as needed

Requirements:
• Must have a Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Preferred experience in customer service or cash handling
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is advantageous
• Access to reliable internet for potential remote work
• Flexibility to meet member service hours as required
