Lead the Snowmaking and Trail Maintenance team at Blue Mountain Resort, ensuring pristine winter trails and engaging in seasonal projects. This full-time contract role offers $25.81 per hour and requires robust leadership.

As a Supervisor, you will work under the Manager of Slope Maintenance, managing daily objectives and supporting your team with operations on various schedules. Engage in creating a safe environment for guests by overseeing trail preparations during winter and executing summer maintenance projects such as forest management and erosion control.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and prioritize daily operations for your team
• Assist with trail setups using snowmobiles
• Develop and track departmental training programs




• Create and update health and safety procedures
• Manage performance reviews and coaching of your team

Requirements:
• Valid G class driver's license
• Experience in snowmobile operation
• Knowledge of safety standards and emergency procedures
• Familiarity with Blue Mountain trails is an asset
• Ministry of Labour Chainsaw training or willingness to acquire
