As an Intermediate Estimator, you will independently manage cost estimates for moderately complex projects, bridging the gap between sales and engineering teams. Your expertise will allow you to review technical drawings and specifications, ensuring project success. Ideal candidates will bring strong estimating principles, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed cost estimates for bid projects
• Collaborate with sales and engineering on project scopes




• Review client bid packages and technical documentation
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations
• Maintain and enhance the estimating database

Requirements:
• 3-5 years estimating experience in relevant fields
• Post-secondary education in a technical discipline
• Solid understanding of water/wastewater processes
• Proficient in interpreting design drawings and specifications
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
