In this leadership position, you will promote excellence among Investment Counsellor teams by offering coaching and fostering a growth-oriented culture. Your responsibilities include managing support staff, driving change initiatives, and ensuring effective onboarding for new team members. Additionally, you will spearhead annual performance evaluations and create opportunities for staff development to maintain high performance.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing large teams
• Strong leadership in Wealth Management or Financial Services
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage time effectively
• Experience with client-facing roles in wealth management
