In this full time permanent position, the chosen candidate will navigate software installation processes and manage user training programs to enhance service delivery in the department. Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement systems strategy matching departmental needs
Collaborate closely with IT personnel and third parties
Recommend and facilitate technological transitions




Develop training sessions for end-users on system functionalities
Troubleshoot general system issues and user requests

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Information Technology or related area
Two years of experience in system operations
Proven competency in training and program development
Knowledge of relevant compliance acts is preferred
Experience with Indigenous awareness training is an asset
